Bachelor of Supply Chain Management (Honours)
Requirements
A candidate who wishes to enroll for the Bachelor of Supply Chain Management (Honours) should comply with the following criteria:
- A candidate must hold a Namibia Senior
Secondary Certificate Ordinary Level/Advanced Subsidiary (NSSCO/NSSCAS) or
an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 25 points in six (6) subjects,
including at least a D symbol in English.
OR
- An applicant
should obtain twenty-two (22) points at
NSSCO/H/AS Level or equivalent in five (5)
subjects, including English, with a minimum of E symbol; in addition to a
qualification on NQF level 6 or higher.
OR
- Mature Age Entry
To be admitted
through mature age entry, students must meet the following requirements:
• Applicant must be at least 25 years old or over
in the year in which admission is sought.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant work
experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
• Have 20 points in Grade 12, including an E
symbol in English.
• Provide a recommendation letter from an
employer or supervisor, demonstrating their ability to manage supply chain
processes and use relevant systems.
• Applicants are required to write and pass a mature age entry test.
OR
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
• An applicant must
be 23 years of age or older and must be admitted through RPL.
• An applicant must have completed short courses in the
relevant fields.
