Requirements
A candidate who wishes to enroll for the Certificate in Health Science Foundation NQF Level 4 should comply with the following criteria:
20 Points in any Six Subjects at Ordinary Level.
A minimum of E symbol in English at Ordinary Level is compulsory.
Mature age entry: (23 years old or over; have at least 2 years’ relevant experience in various fields of health sciences or related fields and have at least a pass of 10 points in grade 12
