A candidate who wishes to enroll for the Certificate in Pharmacy NQF Level 5 should comply with the following criteria:

Minimum of 23 Points in Six (6) Subjects in Grade 12 with E symbol in English; or 27 points in Six (6) subjects in grade 11(New Curriculum) with a D symbol in English.
Should have passed any two of the following subjects: Mathematics, Physical Science, Development Studies, and Chemistry.
Mature age entry: (25 years old and above; have at least 3 years working experience in a Pharmacy with 20 points in grade 12 and should provide the recommendation letter from the employer/supervisor.
Must pass the entry test to gain final admission.
